Each house has three bedrooms, one bathroom and one wc, also a kitchen, verandas and an attic. All residences are oriented to the sea and overlook it. The area has excellent natural wealth because it combines nature and the sea within breathing distance from it. The houses have electrical systems (such as electric sutters, air conditioning, alarm systems in all accommodation, safety boxes, wifi internet and satellite dishes). The whole complex also has security cameras in all common areas and homes.
